    How to…. Sew a button.

It seems like a simple task. Sewing a simple button on your favorite shirt or jacket but I can’t tell you how many people ask me to sew a button on something for them. I personally don’t like paying people to do things for me that I can do my self. Here’s a how to video brought to you by Seane Marie, wardrobe stylist, fashion contributor and dear friend.

    The Stylist Resume

I’ve had several people ask me how to put together a stylist resume, and whenever a question comes up more than once I try and address it on my Tumblr. Some important things to remember are make sure you point out when you were the key stylist and when you may have assisted. Also feel free to include any other valuable work experience in the fashion world. Last don’t over complicate the resume people need the basic details (too much info on a page is visually un-pleasing), elaborate on key things in your cover letter and hopefully interview.
